![]() ![]() After meeting Elder Kai, they are granted their first mission, which is to correct Goku's battle with Raditz after he's been enhanced by dark magic. On the way there, they meet the Supreme Kai of Time, a deity who watches over time, and her bird, TokiToki. Two and-a-half years after the events of the first game, the protagonist receives a special mission from Elder Kai, which involves correcting history after it has changed. The chosen character will also have their clothes and select skills available from the outset for the new character. Players can import their character from the original game where they will then play a role in the story. The player can use different kinds of ki blasts, which are dependent on the player's race or Super Soul. The game also features race-specific quests, minigames and transformations. ![]() However, some masters will be found exclusively in the extra hubs. Some skills will have to be learned through masters, like the previous game. Players are also able to travel to other hubs such as the Namekian Village or Frieza's ship. Players are able to freely traverse Conton City, including the options to use vehicles and flight. The central hub world, Conton City, is seven times larger than Toki-Toki City from the previous installment. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is mostly set in a series of 3D battle arenas modeled after notable locations in the Dragon Ball universe. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts.
